Certified birth certificate translation, accepted first time.
A rejected translation costs you weeks, not pounds. Every TJURADO birth certificate translation is signed by a named ITI-qualified translator, formatted to Home Office specification, and issued with a full statement of accuracy. Delivered in 24 hours.
Send a phone photo of the certificate. That is enough to start.

A complete, submission-ready certified translation.
Applicants are rarely rejected for translation quality. They are rejected for missing certification elements — an unsigned statement, no translator credentials, a layout that does not mirror the original. Every one of those is closed before your file leaves us.
- Full translation of every element — Including seals, stamps, marginal notes, registrar annotations and handwritten entries. Nothing summarised, nothing omitted.
- Mirror-format layout — The translation reproduces the structure of the original so a caseworker can read them side by side without ambiguity.
- Signed statement of accuracy — Dated, signed and carrying the translator's full name, ITI membership and TJURADO's London address and contact details — exactly what UKVI guidance requires.
- Digital and physical copies — Certified PDF by email within 24 hours; hard copy with wet signature posted the same day on request.
- Free reissue if queried — If any official body raises a question about the certification, we correct and reissue at no cost.
Every translation is signed by a qualified human translator.
Certification is not a checkbox. It is a legal statement of accuracy, signed and dated by a named translator who is professionally accountable for it. Ours carries a real name, a real membership number and a real London address.
I certify that the foregoing is, to the best of my knowledge and ability, a true and accurate translation of the attached document from the source language into English, and that I am competent in both languages.

A standard single-page birth certificate is one page. Certification, statement of accuracy, formatting and the certified PDF are included — there is no separate certification fee. Long-form or multilingual certificates are quoted before we begin, never after.
Standard delivery is 24 hours from confirmation. Same-day is available for applications with a filing deadline. Weekends included — we operate seven days a week, because Home Office portals do not pause for them.
Three steps. No office visit required.
Send the document
Photograph or scan the certificate and send it by WhatsApp or through the quote form. A clear phone photo is sufficient.
Confirm the quote
You receive a fixed price and delivery time, usually within the hour. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Receive the certified file
The certified PDF arrives by email. Hard copies with wet signature are posted the same day where required.
Birth certificate translation, answered.
Does the Home Office accept a certified translation from TJURADO?
Yes. UKVI requires a full translation carrying the date, the translator's confirmation that it is accurate, and the translator's name and contact details. Every TJURADO translation carries all three, signed by Renato Trevine, MITI, a Qualified Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting, with our London address.
Do I need a notarised or sworn translation instead?
For most UK purposes, no. A certified translation is what the Home Office, UKVI and UK registrars require. Notarisation is a separate step, needed mainly when a document is being sent abroad. If your receiving body has asked for notarisation or an apostille, tell us and we will arrange it.
How much does it cost to translate a birth certificate?
From £45 per page, with certification included. Most birth certificates are a single page. You receive a fixed quote before any work begins, so the price you are given is the price you pay.
How quickly can I get it?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from the moment you approve the quote. Same-day delivery is available when you are filing against a deadline. We operate seven days a week.
Which languages do you translate birth certificates from?
Over 40 languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Romanian, French, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian and Mandarin. Certificates from Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Latin America are among our most frequent work.
Do you need the original document?
No. A clear photograph or scan is sufficient to produce and certify the translation. We only need the original if a receiving body has specifically asked for the translation to be physically bound to it.
